| Bellablu is made with a special cheese culture and matures 12 weeks after production. It contains less salt compared to the Traditional Danish Blue. This gives this cheese its uniquely mild, soft and yet flavorful taste. It has a creamy texture and will melt easily, yet it can still be cut with a knife.
Use it simply on a cheese table or in your daily cooking for marinating, barbecuing or try it in sauces, omelets and dressings.
Serve it with drinks such as Light redwine, Sweet white wine, Tea, Semi dry sherry, Tawny port, Lager, Strong beer
