1 Italian style flat bread, cut in half and then
cut horizontally to produce 4 pieces
4 medium sized tomatoes, sliced
4 ounces Chorizo sausage, diced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
4 ounces ROSENBORG® Extra Creamy Danish Blue cheese in oil
Drizzle olive oil from jar |

1. Place the bread onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil from jar.
2. Place tomatoes on top and then the sausage, peppers and cheese.
3. Bake in a preheated oven, 400°F / 200°C / Gas 6, for 8-10 minutes until brown and crisp. |
