This cheese is pleasantly aromatic and delightfully flavorsome. In manufacturing this cheese we used extra fresh cream to give an added richness to the texture. Rosenborg Extra Creamy Danish Blue has a milder taste than Rosenborg Traditional Danish Blue due to the higher fat content and the use of a milder “blue” culture. In 1994, Rosenborg Extra Creamy Danish Blue was voted the world’s best from among 590 other cheeses.
