| ROASTED FENNEL WITH BLUE CHEESE |

3 fennel bulbs, trimmed and washed
Olive oil for drizzling
1 pack ROSENBORG® Danish Blue Cheese |
 |
1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
2. Cut each fennel bulb into quarters and trim off the very base. Lay on a heavy baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Roast for approx. 15 minutes until fennel is tender.
3. Remove from oven and crumble the cheese over the fennel, return to oven to just melt and then serve hot. |
