GREEK YOGHURT WITH BLUE CHEESE HERB DIP
INGREDIENTS

1 pack ROSENBORG® Extra Creamy Danish Blue Cheese or ROSENBORG® Danish Blue Cheese
225g natural Greek yogurt
4–5 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, e.g. thyme, chervil, parsley, sage, basil etc., use a combination
Salt and pepper

METHOD

1. Cream together the cheese and yogurt then stir in chopped herbs and season to taste.
This is an ideal accompaniment to barbecues or other summer meals.
