| STRAWBERRIES AND BLUE CHEESE |

500g fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
Juice and zest of 2 large oranges
1 pack (100g) ROSENBORG® Mellow Blue
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
Orange zest to garnish
SERVES 4 |

1. Place strawberries in a serving bowl, halved or cut if desired, sprinkle with juice and zest of one orange and chill until serving.
2. Cream together cheese with sugar, sour cream and zest from second orange and sufficient juice to give a creamy consistency. Chill before serving with the strawberries, garnish with further orange zest if desired. |
