CIABATTA PIZZA WITH CHORIZO AND BLUE CHEESE
INGREDIENTS

1 Ciabatta, cut in half and then cut horizontally
to produce 4 pieces
Drizzle olive oil
4 medium sized tomatoes, sliced
100 g (4 oz) Chorizo sausage, diced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
100 g (4 oz) Rosenborg Extra Creamy Danish Blue cheese

METHOD

1. Place the bread onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
2. Place tomatoes on top and then the sausage, peppers and cheese.
3. Bake in a preheated oven Gas 6, 200°C, 400°F for 8-10 minutes until brown and crisp.
