Rosenborg Extra Creamy Danish Blue has a milder taste than Rosenborg Traditional Danish Blue due to the higher fat content and the use of a milder “blue” culture. In 1994, Rosenborg Extra Creamy Danish Blue was voted the world’s best from among 590 other cheeses.
